We aren’t like most banks or other financial institutions
We treat your well earned money like it’s… well… yours! Our members are our friends and family. We are famous for creating products when people need it- from long term auto loans, to creating solutions to save Oahu’s people from predatory lenders, and with helping furloughed members by giving then emergency loans and deferred loan payments. Regardless of the hardship- we have been there for you!
We change lives
Community is important to us. We have held free car washes and green events, engaged Hawaii’s children through plays and activities to promote financial literacy, walked for breast cancer, passed out and donated free school supplies to the underserved and… well… at Pearl Hawaii Federal Credit Union, we are about finding solutions to help each member and improve our community.
It shows in the way we treat our members. After all, we are member-owned. So, thank you! Without you, there is no PHFCU. Our commitment shows in our public involvement. Here’s a few of the organization we currently sponsor:
- Hawaii Food Bank
- Kapiolani Medical Center Children’s Miracle Network
- Special Olympics of Hawaii
- American Cancer Association
- Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard Apprentice Program
- Local Schools
- Waianae Rotary Club
We actively promote the credit union difference by educating our community, serving as volunteers, and by serving as leaders in national and local credit union organizations. We love what we do, and we love making a difference.
We are banking, but with oomph
Pearl Hawaii is rewriting the script in the financial services industry. The truth is, the next time you visit your nearest branch, you might just stumble upon some extremely happy members. Cashing a check or making a loan payment has never been so entertaining.
Who can open an account?
